Year 6 pupil Faith has been working with occupational therapists at the Great North Children’s Hospital on a project since 2018 and they’ve recently launched a book to support children with sensory needs!
‘Bobby’s Big Day Out’ helps children with sensory needs understand what to expect when visiting a hospital which can often be a scary and unknown place for many children.
Faith was on BBC Look North recently reading the book with her mum at the launch of the book!
