On Friday 15th November, staff and children across school participated in this year’s Children in Need fundraising. Run by the BBC, their mission is to help ensure every child in the UK is safe, happy, secure and has the opportunities they need to reach their potential. Children were invited to wear non-uniform or Pudsey themed clothing for the day for a donation towards this important cause. Classes also carried out Pudsey themed activities, and were rewarded with yummy spotty Pudsey cakes for lunch. We even had a very special visit from Pudsey himself!! Central Walker Church of England Primary School raised a fabulous £274.84, thank you to everyone for contributing towards the fundraising for Children in Need!
